I am just sitting here thinking of you

And with nothing else to really do

I thought I would write you some rhymes

Made especially just for you at this time

You make me feel so good inside

It’s not something I can really hide

But I never was very good at hiding things

When I see you my heart leaps and sings

Though I've only known you a short time

You make me feel so wonderfully fine

I enjoy the time we spend together

It makes me feel as light as a feather

I look forward to your visit here

The wait will seem like many a year

But all good things come to those that wait

Or so the saying goes, others call it fate
